Experienced Software Engineers (SWEs) Opportunity We are seeking highly skilled, motivated, and experienced Software Engineers with a passion for performance optimization and specialized system development to join our PwC Google Data and Analytics team. In this pivotal role, you will play a crucial part in designing, developing, and deploying scalable, highperformance Data and AI solutions that will power our products, accelerators, and client solutions & products. This involves building systems and tools that enhance speed, scale, and efficiency of AI agents, simulations, realtime data processing, and advanced analytical workloads. You will have the opportunity to work on complex technical challenges, work with novel architectures, and directly impact the performance capabilities of our core products and those of our clients. What Youll Do Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain robust, scalable, and highquality software applications, ADKs. Design, develop, and optimize software for highperformance computing, focusing on accelerating AI agent interactions, multiagent simulations, or largescale data analytics pipelines. Write clean, efficient, and welldocumented code in Python, Java, Go, JavaScript, C# for Agentic Integrations to Applications (SaaS and PaaS) Implement highly efficient algorithms and data structures to maximize throughput and minimize latency for complex computational tasks. Write Function calls for API based Integrations for Agentic systems Develop tools and frameworks that enable faster development and deployment of accelerated AI agents and data analytics solutions. Collaborate closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other engineers to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications and elegant solutions. Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards. Identify and resolve performance, scalability, and other production issues. Participate actively in architectural discussions, guiding the technical direction for our acceleration platforms. Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends, applying them where appropriate to improve our systems.

Mandatory skill sets What Youll Bring

Bachelor s or master s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience). Minimum 5 years of professional experience in software development, with a strong portfolio of successfully delivered projects. Proficiency in one or more of the following programming languages e.g., Python, Java, Go, JavaScript (Node.js/React/Angular/Vue), C#. Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and objectoriented design principles. Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, GCP; distributed systems; microservices architecture; RESTful APIs; databases SQL/NoSQL; containerization Docker/Kubernetes; CI/CD pipelines. Familiarity with agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). Strong problemsolving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and propose effective solutions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment. A strong passion for technology, continuous learning, and building highquality software.

Preferred skill sets

Experience & certifications with Google cloud stack. Experience with frontend libraries, machine learning frameworks, big data tools, spark, snowflake, Git. Contributions to opensource projects. Familiarity with security best practices in software development.
