Job Description Summary:

You will be part of the Campaign Operations team, which supports global media planning and buying teams (mainly from the US, UK, and Canada). Your main job will be to ensure smooth setup, tracking, and performance of digital ad campaigns across platforms.

Key Responsibilities Explained:

• Campaign Setup & Booking: Use tools like Prisma to input campaign data and book campaigns based on media plans.
• Coordination: Work closely with the Canada team for campaign uploads, trafficking sheets, and creative specifications.
• Campaign Monitoring: Track campaign goals, performance, impressions, clicks, conversions, and troubleshoot any delivery issues.
• Reporting & Analysis: Handle billing issues, maintain updated media flowcharts, and support with competitive analysis.
• Team Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams for gathering campaign requirements and participate in team projects./

Requirements:

• 15 years’ experience in digital marketing, media planning, or buying operations.
• Knowledge of tools like CM360, DV360, Google Ads, Prisma, MediaTools, or GAM is a plus.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, detail-oriented, analytical, and a good communicator.

Must be comfortable working in a night shift.
