About the Role:

US Mortgage Underwriting – Post Closing

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend and complete required trainings (new hire, refresher, updates, remedial).
• Review mortgage documents and follow process steps as defined by the client.
• Ensure adherence to investor guidelines and client overlays.
• Perform basic mortgage-related calculations.
• Update information in LOS (Loan Origination System).
• Communicate with clients when additional documents are required.
• Meet document review timelines and aim for continuous improvement.
• Adhere to schedules and operational requirements.
• Collaborate with support staff and follow the two-to-say-“No” policy.
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives (individual & program level).
• Maintain quality standards and attend coaching sessions to improve performance.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of prior

  US Mortgage Underwriting

  experience (preferred).
• Post-closing mortgage experience is a must.
• Knowledge of credit, income, asset, and property document review.
• Good knowledge of mortgage-related document requirements.
• Excellent verbal (oratory) and written communication skills in English.
• Basic familiarity with Windows operating systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Education:

  UG degree mandatory (B.Tech not eligible).
• Immediate joiners preferred.
