The Sr. Assistant role is responsible for ensuring an adequate number of active and engageddrivers on the platform to meet demand. This role focuses on monitoring driver participation,reactivating inactive drivers, and implementing strategies to maintain a reliable and high-performing driver network. Also as an Ad-hoc task he/she is responsible for lead acquiring andonboarding new clients.

Job Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development:
Identify and acquire new customers B2B & B2C
Build strong relationships with clients to understand their logistics needs.
Collaborate with marketing and other departments to align sales efforts.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities.
Negotiate contracts and close deals with customers.

Ensure smooth operation daily
