Job Purpose

Key Requirements

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• The candidate should be spearheading one or more projects as a Project manager
• Take end to end responsibility for the project
• Schedule assignments. Monitor, review and report project status
• Manage Project risks, ensure successful delivery and implementation
• Adhere to organizational guidelines and process
• Good knowledge of Credit Cards domain
• Requirement gathering and grooming of requirements
• Facilitating discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution
• Assisting with internal and external communication
• Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports
• Providing training, coaching, and guidance to junior staff
  

Education / Preferred Qualifications

• BE/ BTECH/MBA
  

Core Competencies

• Good understanding of Project management methodology
• Understanding of Project management tools
• Possess Strong problem solving, analytical skills with an ability to handle multiple tasks & prioritize accordingly
• Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate, trouble shoot, and problem solve throughout the implementation process
• Excellent documentation skills
• Strong knowledge on Credit Cards systems
• Database knowledge
