Senior Associate Specialist, Master Data Management, Master Data

As a fully competent professional in the field of master data objects, your role will involve performing daily master data tasks, including generating ad-hoc data extracts. You must be prepared to tackle challenging assignments with readiness and capability. Key Responsibilities: - Execute and process various types of master data requests while adhering to SOX and audit requirements. - Ensure the quality of master data in SAP, supporting ongoing maintenance and data integrity. - Perform routine reporting and mass changes on master data objects. - Identify and address/cleanse duplications in SAP Master Data. - Handle small work items within your relevant master data area with limited support. - Provide training to other team members within the organization. - Support processes and changes as a tester. - Assist in yearly and ad hoc audit requests. - Contribute, perform, and assist in project activities. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Economics or Finance is preferred. - Minimum of 2 years of experience in master data or relevant field. - Proficiency in SAP transactional processes. - Strong business communication skills in English, both written and oral. - Ability to work under supervision, be a self-starter, and collaborate effectively in a team environment. - Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. - Customer-centric approach with outstanding interpersonal and organizational skills. - Proactive and positive attitude with a result-oriented personality. - Capability to prioritize work, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines effectively. - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing environment and adept at interacting and communicating with all levels of an organization.,
