Job Description

Operate and maintain studio equipment including cameras, microphones, mixers, lighting rigs, and recording systems.
Set up and manage live or recorded client interviews, pod casts and corporate video shoots.
Execute professional-grade photography for corporate events, client profiles, and promotional materials.
Ensure optimal audio and video quality during shoots and post-production.
Collaborate with creative and communications teams to deliver polished media assets.
Troubleshoot technical issues and maintain equipment inventory and readiness.
Maintain the studio environment, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and readiness for scheduled shoots and sessions.

Skills and attributes for success

Strong understanding of studio workflows and AV production standards.
Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple shoots or sessions.
Detail-oriented with a creative eye for framing, lighting, and sound.

To qualify for the role, you must have

Bachelor s degree or college diploma.
Proven experience in operating professional cameras, lenses, and AV equipment.
Familiarity with studio lighting setups and audio mixing consoles.
Experience in corporate or broadcast studio environments.
Knowledge of video editing software and post-production workflows.
