As a Senior Associate - SCORE in the GDS GCO Enablement Team at EY, you will play a crucial role in reviewing external electronic and printed publications to ensure accuracy, consistency, and legal compliance. Your responsibilities will include: - Reviewing EY external electronic and printed publications such as brochures, advertisements, reports, social media posts, videos, audios, etc. - Confirming that the content meets the highest standards of accuracy, consistency, and legal compliance - Managing legal mitigation aspects and enhancing the EY brand and reputation - Assisting member firms and risk management teams in addressing these matters - Supporting the team in developing strategies to address identified issues - Having a thorough understanding of key business risks and EY's specific risk management framework - Managing your own workflow, proposing process improvements, and assisting in implementing innovative solutions/automation - Guiding and mentoring junior team members - Maintaining awareness of changes in EY policies, organizational structure, and procedures You should possess the following skills and attributes: - Good understanding of legal aspects associated with branding - Broad awareness of quality and risk management topics - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills - Strong attention to detail - Effective communication skills (verbal and written) - Proficiency in managing high workload volumes efficiently - Confidence, maturity, and ability to work effectively with senior-level stakeholders - Strong sense of personal responsibility and ownership - Eagerness to contribute in a team-oriented environment - High levels of personal energy and appetite for work and success Qualifications required for this role include being an LLB Graduate with 4 to 6 years of experience and proficiency in IT tools such as typing, Windows, Word, Basic Excel, and PowerPoint.
