Job Description

As a Business Development Manager at 1Lattice, your primary responsibility will be to drive client acquisition and sales for the Network domain, focusing on the market research segment. You will play a crucial role in identifying key stakeholders and decision-makers within client organizations, including CXOs, and showcasing the research products and services offered by 1Lattice. Your expertise in understanding industry trends, potential clients, and the competitive landscape will be essential in achieving sales targets and fostering new business opportunities. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and map key stakeholders within client organizations, including CXOs, and establish connections to promote 1Lattice's research products and services - Analyze industry trends, identify potential clients, and assess the competitive landscape to drive sales growth - Develop proposals, pitches, and business metrics to achieve sales targets and oversee the business growth for the assigned region - Cultivate existing relationships and explore cross-selling opportunities to drive revenue generation - Conduct client meetings independently, grasp client needs through effective questioning, and offer tailored solutions aligned with client requirements - Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of project budgeting and take ownership of profit and loss management Qualifications Required: - 3 to 5 years of experience in B2B sales or consultative sales, MBA preferred - Strong knowledge of the market research, consulting, and business intelligence industry - Proficient communication and presentation skills, with the ability to negotiate and close contracts independently - Operational understanding of research methodologies across various industry segments - Familiarity with quality assurance parameters and processes - Established relationships with mid to large corporates in diverse sectors - Team player with a passion for driving business growth in a dynamic startup environment In this role, you will be expected to work in-office with a 5-day work week. The compensation for this position will be aligned with market standards.
