The founding team — Chetan Anand, Anurag Prasad, Vaibhav Singh, and Shashvat Tripathi — established Visit Health to bridge the healthcare gap in India. We are looking for energetic individuals to join our Resolution team.


As part of your day-to-day work, you will be:


- Working closely with Operations and Customer Support teams to understand user grievances and pain points

- Doing RCA of all escalations and getting back to users with a proper solution

- Ensuring that all communication threads with internal and external stakeholders are closed and the user does not need to come back twice for the same query

- Analyzing data thoroughly to identify trends and get meaningful insights

- Identifying gaps in processes leading to escalations and suggesting changes


Must Have’s:


- Have 2+ Years of experience in Customer Support or Control Tower roles.

- Have worked in E-com/Q-com companies and comfortable with a fast paced environment.

- Be okay with ambiguous problem statements.

- Demonstrate a customer-first approach.


Immediate Joiners Preferred. Healthcare experience would be an added advantage.
