Job Description

As a member of the Resolution team at Visit Health, your role will involve working closely with Operations and Customer Support teams to address user grievances and pain points. You will be responsible for conducting Root Cause Analysis (RCA) of all escalations and providing users with appropriate solutions promptly. It will be essential to ensure that communication threads with internal and external stakeholders are effectively closed to prevent users from having to follow up multiple times for the same query. Your analytical skills will be key in identifying trends and gaining valuable insights from data analysis. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in pinpointing process gaps that lead to escalations and recommending necessary changes. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with Operations and Customer Support teams to address user grievances and pain points effectively. - Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) of all escalations and provide users with prompt and appropriate solutions. - Ensure closure of communication threads with internal and external stakeholders to enhance user experience. - Analyze data thoroughly to identify trends and derive meaningful insights. - Identify process gaps leading to escalations and propose necessary changes. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 2+ years of experience in Customer Support or Control Tower roles. - Previous experience in E-commerce or Q-commerce companies, comfortable with a fast-paced environment. - Ability to work with ambiguous problem statements and demonstrate a customer-first approach. - Immediate joiners preferred; healthcare experience would be an added advantage.
