Job Description

Design and architect endtoend Pega solution utilizing case lifecycle management, optimized stage/step configurations, and process flows aligned with complex business requirements
Develop and configure Data Pages (declare pages) for efficient data sourcing and caching strategies to improve application performance
Implement and maintain Decision Rules (Decision Tables, Trees, and Tables) and advanced Declarative Rules (Declare Expressions, Constraints, and Triggers) to ensure dynamic business logic execution
Collaborate with business analysts and product owners to gather requirements and translate them into reusable Pega rules and case structures
Build integrations using Connectors (REST, SOAP) and Services for seamless interaction with external enterprise systems and APIs
Maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including rule sets, class structures, and integration specs
Promote Agile development practices, participate in SCRUM ceremonies, and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives
Guide and mentor junior architects and developers on complex features and best practices
