Role & responsibilities Understand the Complete manufacturing process/ flow/ machines of the plant. Achieve shift, daily, weekly and monthly production targets of the plant (OR). Proper System bookings of the Production and Maintain proper production log books Ensure Manning for all machines in every shift to achieve production output requirements. Achieve Productivity (OEE) Targets for the machines by way of eliminating the losses. Ensure Finished Goods Availability in Warehouse all the time. Ensure First time right Production batches (Quality). Adhere to all quality standards in the manufacturing process (Mfg Area, Plodder area, Packing area, RM & PM Quality standards & in FG area). Ensure safe working place environment (Ensure proper 5S, Hygiene, No Spillages, Machine Guarding, Electrical safety standards) Ensure waste reduction in RM and PM during manufacturing production (Cost Reduction). Improve the safety behaviors of the employees by way of role modelling. Ensure Preventive Maintenance & Autonomous Maintenance SOP in spirit in the plant. Carry projects for OEE Improvement on the specific OEE Losses along with Maintenance team. Carry Quality Improvement Projects along with Quality Team for specific Quality Problems in the plant. Ensure Multi Skilling of Employees in the plan to mitigate skill gap problem. Achieve harmonious employee connect by way of Reward, Recognition, Motivation and personal connect to achieve highest levels of Productivity, Manning Issues, Skill Issues. Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in any FMCG INDUSTRY or any manufacturing Industry Only Female
