Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Associate to join our Policy, Risk Management Services team. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience in risk management or a related field. ### Roles and Responsibility Perform initial reviews of client submissions, evaluating completeness, accuracy, and appropriateness. Deliver high-quality, client-ready output with minimal supervision. Independently drive process requests to completion. Research EY platforms and propose solutions to issues. Support strategic and complex processes and ad hoc projects at GDS-RMS. Assist in transitioning new processes from Risk Management at Global or Regions to GDS. ### Job Requirements MBA degree with 3-6 years of experience in risk management or a related field. Fluency in spoken and written English, along with excellent listening comprehension skills. Ability to work independently with well-developed problem-solving skills and understanding of processes. Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power Bi, Outlook, and Teams). Deep technical understanding of the RM function is preferred. Credible experience working in a fast-paced, client-driven environment. Knowledge of the difference between risk advisory and risk management. Good presentation skills and critical thinking skills to independently solve problems with data analysis.
