Senior Associate - Operations

As a member of our team at WNS (Holdings) Limited, you will play a crucial role in providing timely and accurate responses to both internal and external customers. Your primary responsibilities will include collaborating with underwriters to establish target dates, communicating coverage recommendations, and handling various account-related tasks such as account set-up, quoting, proposals, policy issuance, and policy administration requests. You will be responsible for screening transactions to determine authority, gathering rating elements from various sources, inputting information into the policy rating system accurately, and reviewing output to ensure the proper rating elements were applied. Additionally, you will assist in maintaining rating documentation, providing endorsement quotes as needed, and initiating the renewal process in collaboration with underwriters. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 6+ months of experience in the Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance background within Underwriting Support for the Associate level and a minimum of 12+ months of experience for the Sr. Associate level. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to professionally communicate and collaborate with both internal staff and external customers. You should possess a solutions-oriented mindset, a passion for customer service, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and fluent proficiency in English. Demonstrated ability to multi-task effectively, efficient computer skills, and a keen eye for detail are also key qualifications for this position. Moreover, you should have attended at least 2 years in College Graduate/Undergraduate and be willing to work in shifts, including beyond normal business hours as per business requirements.
