Senior Associate Marketing automation

Looking for 4+ years of experienced candidate to manage and support end-to-end strategic campaign in Marketo and help customizing landing page requirements and guide Marketers in setting program builds. Job Description: Experience building programs, emails, workflows, and other integral marketing automation functions. Develop, deploy, optimize a range of landing pages and email within Marketo to support marketing campaigns. End-to-end creation of forms, landing pages and email templates from idea to implementation, reporting and optimization. Understanding of Marketo syntax, elements &variables and should have experience in building free-form and guided landing pages. Support A/B testing to gain actionable insights and improve event campaign performance. Implement marketing automation best practices and ensure proper end-to-end testing of programs prior to launch. Proactively monitor program performance and deliver insights and optimization recommendations to program stakeholders. Partner with internal stakeholders to customize smart campaign, landing pages based on requirements and assist team members in setting program build and troubleshoot. What you ll need to be successful: 2 to 3 years of experience working hands-on in a known Marketing Automation Platform (high preference for Marketo) Monitor sync between Marketo and data integration points (e.g. CRM and data lake) Work with Adobe and CRM team to troubleshoot and resolve sync errors. Manage and resolve duplicates in Marketo. Document and manage processes for inputting data into the system to ensure consistency of data formatting. Track and report on system performance and problems Partner with Analytics team to ensure leads are tracked, routed correctly, and attributed to the correct campaigns. Liaison with Analytics and CRM teams on database maintenance Work with legal to ensure we are up to date on data collection best practices, rules and regulations.
