Job Description: Process financial and non-financial transactions in internal systems in accordance with regulatory and client requirements Ensure timely and accurate archiving of investor and client documents with a complete audit trail Handle ad-hoc initiatives and operational requirements as per business needs Troubleshoot process gaps and provide solutions proactively Guide, support, and train junior team members Resolve complex investor and client queries with strong domain knowledge Understand the end-to-end TA (Transfer Agency) business and its cross-functional impacts Prepare and review SOPs and process flow documentation Identify and implement effective process controls Suggest and drive process enhancement initiatives Ensure compliance with regulatory and audit requirements Prioritize tasks using effective time management Operate effectively in a 24x7 shift environment Qualification and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Commerce preferred 510 years of relevant experience in Transfer Agency processing Mandatory experience in Transfer Agency operations
