Senior Associate - IT Administrator

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and administer IT systems, servers, and networks.
• Provide end-to-end troubleshooting and technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Implement and maintain

  network and cyber security controls

  to protect organizational data.
• Oversee

  data loss prevention (DLP)

  and ensure secure data management practices.
• Monitor system performance and proactively identify risks or vulnerabilities.
• Maintain accurate records of

  hardware and software inventory

  .
• Deploy and configure servers, ensuring stable and secure operations.
• Manage

  VPN authentication and access controls

  for remote users.
• Support IT documentation, compliance, and policy enforcement in line with

  ISO 27001 standards

  .
• Collaborate with internal teams and external auditors to ensure IT compliance and strong governance.

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience in

  system administration, troubleshooting, and IT security

  .
• Hands-on experience with

  network security, firewalls, and VPNs

  .
• Knowledge of

  data security, DLP tools, and system monitoring solutions

  .
• Familiarity with

  ISO audit requirements

  and IT compliance processes (preferred).
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under deadlines.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
