About the Profile: This is a sales position responsible for leading and managing sales, driving revenue growth by developing and executing sales strategies, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets within a designated territory or market segment, often overseeing a team of sales managers and directly contributing to key account sales efforts. Responsibilities in your KRA- 1. Sales Strategy & Execution Develop and implement result-oriented sales strategies and plans to achieve company revenue targets. Ensure consistent product movement and long-term revenue growth within assigned territories. 2. Investment Product Sales Actively sell Unlisted Stocks, and identify, acquire, and convert new clients for AIF (Alternative Investment Funds). Helps with fundraising & capital restructuring. 3. New Client Acquisition & Relationship Management Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with key clients and high-potential prospects. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling of investment products and Unlisted. Understand customer queries, feedback, and complaints effectively and ensure resolution. 4. Business Development & Channel Expansion Strategically plan and execute business growth initiatives across B2C and B2B branches to expand market reach. Identify and convert new leads into long-term loyal clients. 5. Sales Team Leadership & Mentorship Lead, manage, and mentor a team of sales professionals to meet and exceed individual and team KPIs. Support to provide consistent training, support, and performance monitoring to ensure continuous team improvement. 6. Market Intelligence & Competition Analysis Stay updated with latest market trends, economic indicators, and financial product innovations. Monitor competitor activities and realign sales strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
