Senior Associate - Investment Banking

As a Senior Associate in Investment Banking, you will be an integral part of the Financial Modelling and Analytics team, supporting bankers in various areas such as transaction modelling, building valuation models, and creating complex data analysis models to assist senior management in making strategic decisions. Your responsibilities will include developing integrated P&L, Cash Flow, and Balance Sheet models from scratch, testing models following quality control procedures, and communicating research results effectively through structured end-products. To qualify for this role, you must possess a postgraduate degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting (CA), or Business, along with at least 4 years of related work experience. Additionally, you should have a minimum of 2 years of direct experience in utilizing valuation techniques such as Discounted Cash Flow, Income Approach, and market comparables in a business valuation firm, investment banking, or related field. Experience in financial modeling using MS Excel and related software is preferred, and progress towards certifications like CFA, ASA, or CPA would be advantageous. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical, project management, communication, and interpersonal skills, along with the ability and willingness to travel when necessary. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for this role, as you will be responsible for producing high-quality outputs that meet client expectations.
