As a Senior Associate in Investment Banking, you will be part of the Financial Modelling and Analytics team, where you will support bankers in various areas such as: - Developing transaction models (M&A, LBO, MBO) from scratch, including integrated P&L, Cash Flow, and Balance Sheet models - Conducting analysis of model outputs and testing them according to NVS quality control procedures - Creating valuation models and reports using techniques like DCF, comparable company valuation, and EVA analysis - Building, enhancing, and maintaining complex data analysis models to assist clients' senior management in making strategic decisions - Crafting effective search strategies, gathering relevant information, and leveraging various resources for research - Communicating research results through structured deliverables such as memos, spreadsheets, reports, and presentations - Undertaking ad hoc research, knowledge building, and business development projects as required to ensure high-quality outputs that satisfy the client To qualify for this role, you must have: - A postgraduate degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting (CA), or Business with at least 4 years of related work experience - Minimum 2 years of direct experience in utilizing Valuation techniques like DCF, Income Approach, and market comparables - Experience in financial modeling, including building models from scratch in MS Excel and related software - Preferable achievement in or significant progress towards a certification like CFA, ASA, CPA - Excellent analytical, project management, communication, and interpersonal skills - Willingness and ability to travel as needed - Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential Additionally, our company offers diverse opportunities for career development through a wide range of engagements, mentoring, and learning and development initiatives.
