The workplace embraces diversity and inclusion, providing an environment where you can grow, belong, and thrive. **Role Overview:** As a Senior Associate Cloud Services Architect at NTT DATA, you will play a critical role in clients" digital transformation journeys. Collaborating closely with clients, sales, and delivery teams, you will design Managed Services solutions across the cloud technology domain. Bringing your expertise to the forefront, you will co-create value and ensure the delivery of secure, innovative, and competitive solutions. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop data models that meet client requirements by integrating technology and service design across the cloud domain. - Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to maintain cutting-edge company products. - Support service design deliverables by interfacing with internal teams and partners to ensure robust and scalable solutions. - Map client requirements against proposed service elements and architectures, coordinating end-to-end solutions aligning with technological and service standards. - Implement consulting approaches to consolidate client needs, prepare transition documents, and define both the current and desired future state of solutions. - Offer ongoing support and participate in renewals post-implementation of client projects. - Test and validate new design features, provide suggestions for enhancing existing service offers, and collaborate closely with sales teams to discuss commercial models with clients. **Qualifications Required:** - Good understanding of cloud technologies, networking, security, and system administration. - Basic skills in Azure, GCP, and/or AWS infrastructure architecture and pre-sales. - Knowledge of virtualization, hybrid computing environments, storage technology, and cloud-native technologies. - Understanding of Managed Services service and delivery models, including cloud, global, and distributed delivery models. - Ability to work with costing models alongside sales and finance stakeholders, possess strong communication and presentation abilities, and facilitate workshops effectively. - Demonstrated ability to communicate potential improvements and the value of solutions to all stakeholder levels. - Passion for staying updated on emerging trends in cloud technology and managed services. - Bachelor's degree in information technology/systems or a related field. **About NTT DATA:** NTT DATA is a trusted global innovator of business and technology services with a commitment to helping clients innovate, optimize, and transform for long-term success.
