Description
As a Senior Associate Cloud Services Architect at NTT DATA, you will be an integral part of our clients" digital transformation journeys. Your role will involve collaborating closely with clients, sales, and delivery teams to design Managed Services solutions within the cloud technology domain. Your expertise will be pivotal in co-creating value and ensuring the delivery of secure, innovative, and competitive solutions. Your responsibilities will encompass developing data models tailored to meet client requirements through the integration of technology and service design within the cloud domain. You will be involved in conducting sales presentations, product demonstrations, and contributing to the enhancement of our company's cutting-edge products. Additionally, you will support service design deliverables, liaise with internal teams and partners, and guarantee the robustness and scalability of our solutions. Your engagement in the complete solution development process will require mapping client requirements to proposed service elements and architectures, ensuring alignment with technological and service standards. You will implement consulting strategies to consolidate client needs, prepare transition documents, and define the current and desired future states of our solutions. Beyond implementation, you will continue to engage with client projects, providing ongoing support and participating in renewals. Your role will also involve testing and validating new design features, offering suggestions for enhancing existing service offerings, and collaborating with sales teams to discuss commercial models with clients. To excel in this position, you will need: - A comprehensive understanding of cloud technologies, networking, security, and system administration. - Basic skills in Azure, GCP, and/or AWS infrastructure architecture and pre-sales. - Fundamental knowledge of virtualization, hybrid computing environments, storage technology, and cloud-native technologies. - A developing comprehension of Managed Services service and delivery models, encompassing cloud, global, and distributed delivery models. - Proficiency in working with costing models in collaboration with sales and finance stakeholders. - Strong communication and presentation skills, enabling you to facilitate workshops with clients and internal teams effectively. - The ability to articulate potential improvements and the value of solutions to stakeholders at all levels. - A keen interest in staying abreast of emerging trends in cloud technology and managed services. - A bachelor's degree in information technology/systems or a related field.
