Senior Associate - Income calculation Analyst

Domain/Technical Skills: Excellent knowledge of Capital Markets Equities, Fixed Income, Traditional Assets, Bonds, Mutual Funds, Corporate Actions, Money Market Funds. Understanding about Types of Income & Swift Messages. Experience with Market & Data Feed Tools like, Bloomberg, Refinitiv, Markit, etc. Experience with Custodians Applications like DTCC, HSBC, Euroclear, etc Experience of Transaction Lifecycle Management (TLM) tool. The Income specialist role requires a self-motivated, goal-oriented individual to manage multiple tasks in a time sensitive delivery schedule. The Specialist will monitor the inflow of Swift messages 564/566/568 related to income events like Dividends, Capital Gains, Interest, Reinvestment, etc. Posting of income on payable dates. Performing Pay day 1 check for future payments. Verifying and processing of unposted income exceptions. Communicating back with the Custodians using MT 565 to check customer preference on income payment. Additional responsibilities include the support of internal quality metrics, supervision of team environment, and oversight of quality controls. Essential duties and responsibilities include the following (other duties may be assigned) • Provide technical, industry, process, and trouble-shooting support to a team of operation analysts and specialists within and outside of their own unit/discipline. • Responsible for the daily process of activities, performs project management and coordination, and execution for the assigned operational competency. • Primary focus is on day-to-day deliverables, developing solutions based upon subject expertise, representing the department at a broader level. • Maintain Standard Operating Procedures and other process related documents intact. • Train, mentor, and assist in coaching any analysts and junior specialists as needed. • As an operations user, analyst, or technical specialist supporting investment processing applications (ideally a security master/pricing application) or accounting systems. • Ensure service level agreements are met, and oversee daily functional job checklists where needed. • Proactively recommend innovations and modifications which are in compliance with industry requirements and are consistent with corporate objectives and goals to improve operational processes, systems, policies and procedures. • Assisting with client implementations as needed. • Ensure quality controls are met (Daily, Weekly, Monthly). • Other duties as assigned Shift timings : US Shift Mode of work : Office only Location : Hyderabad *Immediate joiners preferred or NP of 45 days* Regards, Taha Momin Talent Acquisition Group - Coforge BPS.
