Senior / Associate Growth & Marketing

As a Senior Associate in Growth & Marketing located in Bangalore, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with our leadership team to redefine our communication strategies. This role focuses on building our brand, driving growth, and leveraging storytelling as a primary tool. Your responsibilities will include leading brand campaigns from inception to completion by partnering with top agencies and freelancers. You will be tasked with developing engaging content narratives that resonate across various platforms such as social media, websites, and public relations channels. Managing influencer and creator relationships, as well as co-creating content to enhance credibility and expand reach, will be a key aspect of your role. Additionally, you will be responsible for curating a content calendar that balances campaign peaks with consistent storytelling. Utilizing CRM and analytics data to fine-tune messaging and evaluate brand perception will also be part of your duties. To excel in this position, you should have a minimum of 5-8 years of experience in brand, strategy, or creative roles within leading FMCG, D2C, or e-commerce companies. Your background should demonstrate a track record of successful brand building and scaling consumer brands. Experience in overseeing agencies, influencers, and creators while maintaining high creative standards is crucial. A deep understanding of brand growth through compelling narratives, rather than just through media spending, is essential. An eye for aesthetics, tone, and platform-specific language is also required. Having a strong network in the creative/brand/agency realm or a notable personal brand online would be advantageous.
