Senior Associate - Driver Operations - US Voice Process

As a Senior Associate Driver Operations - US Voice Process at Laundryheap, you will be a key player in the Fleet Team for the EU market, working under the guidance of the Senior Division Manager to ensure a seamless supply of contractors (Partner Drivers). Your main responsibilities will include: - Recruiting Partner Drivers: Engage with potential drivers through outbound calls and assist them throughout the recruitment process. - Quality Assurance: Identify and rectify errors made by partner drivers to uphold service quality standards. - Mentorship: Provide guidance and support to team members to help them achieve their objectives and enhance their performance. - KPI Management: Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the team, pinpoint areas for enhancement, and implement strategies to meet targets. - Coordination: Collaborate with drivers globally and work closely with teams in London, the US, and Singapore to ensure effective communication and operations. - Driver Management: Address driver inquiries, oversee performance, and ensure that driver supply aligns with client demand. - Project Leadership: Take the lead on projects aimed at optimizing operational efficiency. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification. - Minimum of 3 years of demonstrated experience. - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to clearly explain processes and policies to drivers. - Prior experience in night shifts/rotational shifts. - Proficiency in email and chat processes. - Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple driver-related issues simultaneously. - Ability to cultivate a collaborative and positive work environment. - Empathy and a customer-centric approach to problem-solving for a positive driver experience. Preferred Skills: - Previous involvement in International voice processes (US/EU calling), particularly in supporting drivers. - Operational and logistics background is highly advantageous. - Prior exposure to a startup environment is a plus.
