Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Associate to join our Coverage Finance team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have around 8 years of relevant experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or related areas.

Roles and Responsibility

Drive operational excellence by implementing metric-driven management practices and continuous process improvement initiatives.
Partner with Coverage Leadership to provide financial insights that support client coverage strategies, revenue growth, and productivity goals.
Monitor and analyze revenue performance, pipeline trends, and client profitability to identify opportunities and risks.
Support annual planning, forecasting, and budgeting cycles, ensuring alignment between financial targets and business priorities.
Develop and maintain financial models, dashboards, and performance metrics to support business planning and strategic discussions.
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure data integrity, alignment of financial insights, and effective communication of key performance drivers.

Job Requirements

CA, MBA (Finance), or equivalent qualification.
Strong understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, and business finance.
Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
Experience with ERP and planning tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Anaplan, Hyperion) is preferred.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
