Role & responsibilities Apply customer payments accurately to appropriate accounts. Reconcile cash receipts with invoices and resolve discrepancies. Maintain daily cash application logs and assist with month-end closing. Communicate with internal teams and customers for payment clarifications. Work on ERP tools (SAP, Oracle, or other systems).
