Accounts Receivable Executive / Specialist

Work Mode:

Key Responsibilities

1. Invoice Management:

   Prepare and share client invoices as per the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and client-specific guidelines.

2. Invoice Accounting:

   Record and post invoices accurately in the companys accounting/ERP system.

3. Collections Management:

   Verify collections and apply payments to outstanding invoices.

4. TDS Reconciliation:

   Perform quarterly reconciliation of TDS receivables with invoices.

5. Receivables Follow-up:

   Follow up with clients for overdue payments and share overdue reports.

6. Client Coordination:

   Act as a point of contact for client queries related to invoicing, payments, and collections.

7. Audit Support:

   Coordinate with auditors and share invoicing-related audit reports and documentation.

8. Reporting:

   Prepare MIS and analytical reports to track and monitor collection progress.

9. ERP Operations:

   Manage invoicing and AR processes using ERP systems.

10. Process Improvement:

    Identify and implement process improvements to streamline AR operations and reduce collection cycles.

11. Team Support:

    Collaborate with other members of the Accounts Receivable and Finance teams for various tasks and projects.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors or masters degree in finance / accounting / commerce.

• 4-6 years

  of relevant experience in

  Accounts Receivable and Invoicing

  .
• Proficiency in

  ERP systems

  such as

  SAP B1 / SAP R3

  or similar.
• Strong

  Excel

  and data management skills.
• Excellent

  communication skills

  in

  English and Hindi Accounts Receivable

  (verbal and written).
• Strong ability to coordinate efficiently with internal and external stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial documentation.
