Senior Associate Business Analyst

Role Overview: As a Senior Associate Business Analyst at Orange Mantras, you will be responsible for having complete functional expertise of Orange Mantras services & solutions, and knowledge of the technical architecture of the technology and services. Your role will involve critically evaluating information gathered from multiple sources, reconciling conflicts, decomposing high-level information into details, abstracting up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguishing user requests from the underlying true needs. You will pro-actively communicate and collaborate with clients/users to analyze information needs and functional requirements. Your background in web & mobile-based applications along with excellent verbal and written communication skills will be essential for interacting professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts. You will serve as the conduit between the users, software development, and the QA team through which requirements flow. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing requirements specifications such as Business Requirements Document, use cases, wireframes UI side, and process flows according to standard templates using natural language. Organizational skills, ability to gauge user priorities and values on new feature requests, and managing and prioritizing multiple activities simultaneously will be crucial for this role. You will also interact with business users and managers at all levels of IT, demonstrating business knowledge of content management systems and being comfortable working in a multiple domain environment.
