Responsibilities
Resources should have in depth knowledge of web applications support modal and shall be working as application administrator to provide access to various web based applications. Resource will also be responsible for doing troubleshooting and conducting training on web application for the clients
Experience on working on IT helpdesk tickets and resolution
Good Customer support and Voice skills
Should be able to trouble shoot basic customer support tickets related to web site support (login issues, web site functions)
Experience in help desk support or customer support experience and knowledge of case triaging and ownership from helpdesk perspective
Strong analytical skills required
Ability to resolve Internet application functionality questions (i.e. how to order a part)
Fixing Application related (bugs)/ Customer PC or browser related and Network related (connectivity/ performance)/ Access or security related
Handel Web Server or operating system related
Working knowledge of Intel-based personal computers
Experienced Internet user
Fluent English speaker (no requirement for other languages)
Coordinate and liaise with L2/L3 team on web tool issues on new portal
Case triaging using Salesforce / Service now
Qualifications we seek in you!

Knowledge of Microsoft Office
Knowledge and experience of customer service practices
