Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Prepare
CMA data
for banks for renewal of working capital limits.
Liaise with banks for
timely submission of financial and operational data
.
Support in preparation of
Working Capital MIS reports, dashboards, and variance analysis
.
Track
receivables, payables, and inventory
to identify working capital gaps and trends.
Coordinate with
business units, banks, and other stakeholders
for documentation and funding requirements.
Assist in the
execution of short-term borrowings
, repayments, and rollovers of banking facilities.
Maintain updated records of
limits, utilization, and borrowing costs
.
Provide financial data and support for
audits, compliance, and regulatory reporting
.
Perform
basic financial analysis
to support optimization of working capital cycles.
Understand and assist in managing
off-balance sheet financing structures
(e.g., LC, BG, bill discounting).
Prepare and submit
periodic compliance reports
such as Stock Statements, FFRs, UFCE, ECB Returns, and LRN applications to RBI.
Participate in
rate negotiations
with banks for short-term borrowings.
