Senior Associate / Associate- German Language Specialist

Role Overview: You will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound communication in German and English with clients, partners, and internal teams. Additionally, you will support the operations and customer service teams by interpreting queries and coordinating with German-speaking counterparts. Your role will also involve assisting in resolving issues related to shipments, documentation, and compliance by engaging with German carriers and agents. Furthermore, you will be handling end-to-end shipping import/export documentation back-office processes, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards, coordinating with shipping lines and other stakeholders, managing and overseeing assigned mailboxes, providing timely responses to email queries, and offering regular updates to clients on shipment status and other relevant information. Qualifications Required: - German language proficiency at B2 level or higher (preferably Goethe-Institute certified). - Bachelor's degree in any field (UG/PG in Logistics preferred). - 1-3 years of experience in the logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain industry preferred. - Strong verbal and written communication skills in both German and English. - Good understanding of international shipping terms (e.g., Incoterms, customs procedures). - Proficiency in MS Office; experience with ERP or logistics software (e.g., eFS, SAP, CargoWise, TMS) will be an advantage. - Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle multiple priorities. - Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. - Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.,
