Job Description

Role Overview: You will be joining Yubi, a disruptive player in India's debt market that is expanding globally with a holistic product suite. Yubi fosters a culture of freedom, avenues, and opportunity under the leadership of CEO, Gaurav Kumar. The company's technology infrastructure and platforms facilitate seamless money flow between lenders and borrowers. Yubi has received significant backing from investors and recently achieved unicorn status in the fintech space. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and onboard new anchors for Yubi's Supply Chain Finance business - Understand anchor requirements and recommend suitable product solutions from Yubi's SCF offerings - Manage existing anchors, increase Assets Under Management (AUM), and promote cross-selling opportunities across various SCF products - Collaborate with Yubi's Lender team to launch programs for anchors and ensure successful program implementation - Conduct business reviews with anchors, strategize for market growth, and address scaling challenges - Negotiate agreements and commercial terms with anchors - Drive revenue and AUM growth - Facilitate integration of Anchors" ERP systems with Yubi's SCF system to enhance operational efficiency - Source and cultivate potential anchors for Yubi's SCF platform - Develop annual operating plans, business projections, and ensure target achievements - Uphold organizational cultural values within the team and ensure alignment with the overall ethos - Support functional heads and team managers by addressing technology, human resource, and market-related gaps - Collaborate with Product, Legal, and Risk teams to design tailored products - Assist in crafting product strategies and roadmaps in coordination with other teams Qualifications Required: - Demonstrated ability to meet revenue and business targets - Willingness to travel for customer and lender interactions - Proficiency in CRM solutions for scale management - 3-5 years of sales/account management experience in Supply Chain Finance at a Bank/NBFC/Fintech or relationship management experience in dealing with mid to large corporates - Familiarity with supply chain finance products and banking concepts like working capital, factoring, vendor finance, etc. - Strong track record in building and managing business relationships with key stakeholders - Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with customers and internal teams - Preferred qualifications: CA/CFA/MBA (Finance),
