Senior Art Director

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Art Director with a strong background in crafting compelling campaigns across both traditional and digital platforms. The ideal candidate should bring 8+ years of overall experience, with core experience in an advertising agency environment.

Work Split:

80% Mainline (TV, Print, OOH, BTL) 20% Digital (Social Media, Web Banners, Display, etc.)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead visual development and execution of integrated campaigns, with a primary focus on mainline advertising.
• Collaborate closely with copywriters, creative directors, and account teams to conceptualize and deliver effective, original ideas.
• Oversee art direction for print, TVC storyboarding, photoshoots, and design across campaign materials.
• Contribute to digital design needs including social media creatives, banners, and performance marketing assets.
• Guide junior team members and ensure design output is aligned with brand guidelines and creative vision.
• Present concepts and creative rationales to internal teams and clients with confidence.
• Maintain a high standard of visual execution across all mediums.

Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of total experience in creative/art direction, with substantial time spent at an advertising agency.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating work across mainline and digital platforms.
• Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); knowledge of Figma or After Effects is a plus.
• Solid understanding of brand identity, typography, layout, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to lead shoots and post-production processes when required.
• Comfortable working under tight deadlines and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
