About VIVRE


VIVRE Panels is redefining how India experiences design materials. We create wall surfaces and architectural materials that don’t just function — they feel. Every texture, colour, and pattern we make becomes part of people’s homes, offices, and stories.

Over the past few years, we’ve tripled our team size, built new warehouses, and set up a robust operations backbone.

Now, we’re returning to our original strength — brand, storytelling, and creative direction — led personally by the Founder, a marketing-driven director who once set the trend for design branding in this category.

We already have a talented in-house team of 3D artists, graphic designers, and video editors. What we need now is someone who can bring words, ideas, and stories together — the narrative architect behind how VIVRE speaks to the world.

Core Responsibility


The Senior Art Director / Art Director will be the central visual authority

  • Video content

    (campaign films, reels, product videos, motion)
  • Graphic design

    (social, print, catalogs, decks, launches)
  • 3D & visualization

    (interior scenes, product renders, application visuals)



Key Responsibilities


1️⃣ Visual Leadership & Direction (Primary)


  • Own the

    visual identity, look & feel, and aesthetic consistency

    of Vivre across all formats.
  • Translate

    founder vision, brand strategy, and product intent

    into clear visual direction.
  • Define

    what “good” looks like

    — and enforce it.
  • Act as the

    final visual checkpoint

    before anything goes public or to print.


2️⃣ Video & Motion Oversight


  • Lead the visual direction for:
  • Campaign films
  • Reels & social videos
  • Product launch videos
  • Motion graphics & animations
  • Guide editors on:
  • Composition
  • Pacing
  • Typography
  • Color
  • Transitions
  • Ensure videos feel

    cinematic, premium, intentional

    — not templated or generic.


3️⃣ Graphic Design Leadership


  • Oversee all graphic outputs:
  • Social media posts
  • Catalogs & brochures
  • Brand decks
  • Print & trade assets
  • Build and maintain

    design systems & templates

    for scalability.
  • Ensure typography, spacing, hierarchy, and layouts reflect

    global design sensibility

    .


4️⃣ 3D & Visualization Direction (Critical for Vivre)


  • Act as the

    visual lead for the 3D team

    , not a passive reviewer.
  • Guide 3D artists on:
  • Lighting
  • Camera angles
  • Material realism
  • Scene mood & storytelling
  • Ensure 3D visuals are

    emotion-led

    , not just technically correct.
  • Align 3D output with brand mood, campaign intent, and product narrative.


5️⃣ Team Leadership & Mentorship


  • Lead and mentor:
  • Junior designers
  • Video editors
  • 3D artists
  • Improve team taste, thinking, and execution standards over time.
  • Conduct reviews, corrections, and visual feedback with clarity and authority.
  • Build

    repeatable workflows

    so quality doesn’t depend on heroics.


6️⃣ Cross-Functional Collaboration


  • Work closely with:
  • Founder
  • Brand & content teams
  • Marketing & campaign teams
  • Participate in ideation, not just execution.
  • Translate abstract ideas into

    clear visual execution plans

    .


7️⃣ Systems, Tools & Future-Readiness


  • Use modern design tools and AI responsibly to:
  • Speed up ideation
  • Improve efficiency
  • Maintain quality at scale
  • Help document visual guidelines and references for future hires.
  • Think long-term: build systems, not dependency.



Experience


  • 8–12+ years in

    art direction / visual leadership

  • Background across:

  • Branding & identity

  • Video & motion

  • Digital & print

  • Experience leading small teams

    and mentoring juniors
  • Agency + brand exposure preferred



Skillset


  • Strong

    conceptual thinking

  • Excellent visual taste & judgment

  • Ability to guide others, not just execute

  • Comfort across:

  • Graphics

  • Motion/video

  • 3D collaboration (directional, not hands-on modeling)


Tools & Tech


  • Adobe Suite (PS, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects)
  • Comfort with modern AI tools for creative workflows
  • Ability to adapt as tools evolve
