Job Description

In the above context, the RSMrole is responsible to supervise the business delivery under Agency team and Tie Ups& primarily grow the business with profits.

Also liaising with Operations & Product tower, Process Excellence group, Claims,Finance,legal, Business Intelligence, marketing & Human Resource teams for the process. Ensuring that we deliver best of our services to client as well as to agency.

Key Accountabilities/ Responsibilities

Responsible for Achieving the number of Motor Rate Insurance

Drive the number with the team
Channel Relationship.
Keep your product at par

Responsible for Maintaining Combined Ratio

Be Vigilant in Loss making flew and production
Control commission and expense Ratio
Do profitable business

Responsible forensuring Business Retention and numbers

Do follow up on renewals with channel partners
Provide support in check picking and other service related to retention
