Senior Architects & Junior Architects

As a member of Singh Designers, you will be contributing to crafting living spaces inspired by heritage structures and their stories, combining traditional craftsmanship with modern, sustainable design. We are currently seeking both Senior Architects and Junior Architects to join our team, with Senior Architects focusing on client interactions, design direction, and project management, while Junior Architects will support design development, drawings, and coordination. Responsibilities: - **Client Management (Senior Architect):** - Understand the client's vision and translate it into practical design solutions. - Present proposals, resolve queries, and manage expectations. - **Architectural Design (Senior Architect):** - Lead concept development, space planning, and design reviews. - Guide junior architects, ensuring and maintaining design quality. - Prepare and approve detailed drawings and construction documents. - **Architectural Design (Junior Architect):** - Support concept development, presentations, and design work. - Prepare detailed and working drawings with the senior team. - Assist in design documentation and coordination. - **Project Management (Senior Architect):** - Oversee all phases from concept to construction. - Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape, and interior consultants. - Prepare schedules, estimates, and tender/approval documentation. - **Project Management (Junior Architect):** - Assist with consultant coordination and site-related design follow-ups. - Support project documentation and schedules. Qualifications: - B.Arch / M.Arch - Minimum 3 years of experience in architectural design and project execution - Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other design tools - Strong understanding of construction techniques, materials, and sustainable design - Experience in hospitality, bungalows, and farmhouse projects is preferred - Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills If you join us, you will have the opportunity to work on heritage-inspired architecture, grow professionally, and lead meaningful design projects.
