Responsibilities

Planning
: Conceptualize and plan the project, including space planning and efficiency

: Develop innovative and sustainable designs that meet the client's needs
Execution
: Oversee junior architects and drafters to ensure the project meets standards and codes
Evaluation
: Present technical and design solutions to the client
Collaboration
: Work with clients, contractors, engineers, and other architects to understand project requirements
Communication
: Present project briefs to clients and communicate project status and completion timelines

Qualifications

A master's degree or higher in architecture or a related design discipline
10 years of experience as a professional architect. Software's handled Revit, BIM, 3d max, Lumion, flexibility
A portfolio of successful projects
Expert proficiency with drafting software tools
Basic understanding of the rules and regulations governing the construction industry
