Senior Architect

You will be working with SpineInfratech Pvt. Ltd., a design and infrastructure firm dedicated to creating innovative architectural and interior design solutions for various developments. As a Senior Architect, your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - **Client & Stakeholder Collaboration:** - Understand client requirements, site context, and project vision to develop customized architectural concepts. - Lead client presentations, site visits, and design reviews to ensure alignment throughout all project phases. - **Concept Development:** - Generate original architectural concepts, sketches, and design narratives. - Incorporate environmental, functional, and aesthetic elements into unified design strategies. - **Design Execution & Detailing:** - Supervise the production of architectural drawings, 3D models, and construction documents. - Maintain design integrity and detail from schematic design to construction documentation. - **Project Leadership:** - Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless execution of architectural elements. - Manage design timelines, deliverables, and quality control for multiple projects. - **Regulatory & Technical Oversight:** - Ensure compliance with local codes, building regulations, and zoning laws. - Address technical issues and site-related challenges proactively. - **Team Mentorship & Collaboration:** - Guide and mentor junior architects and design team members. - Cultivate a culture of innovation, precision, and collaborative problem-solving. Your qualifications should include: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from a recognized institution. - At least 6-8 years of experience in architectural design and project delivery. - Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp. - Strong understanding of construction techniques, building systems, and material science. - Excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills. - Preference for experience in high-end residential and commercial projects. - Knowledge of sustainability standards and green building practices is beneficial.
