Senior Architect

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team and lead architectural planning, coordination, and execution across multiple stages of real estate development. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in design coordination, site execution, statutory approvals, and team collaboration.
Key Responsibilities

All Consultant Coordination Resolving Site issues and Coordination Liasoning Plans and FSI Calculations Verification Sales Plans and Marketing checking Checking of the GFC and releasing them on site Inter-departmental Requisition and Coordination RERA Documentation Liasoning Documentation Environmental Clearance Coordination Environmental Clearance Documentation Sample Flat and Interior Sample & Design Finalization Specification Finalization Track Record of Released drawings and planning for upcoming tasks on Site.

Design & Planning Coordination:

• Coordinate with architectural, structural, and MEP consultants to ensure timely and accurate delivery of design drawings.
• Review and resolve design-related site issues in coordination with consultants and internal teams.
• Verify liasoning plans, FSI calculations, and ensure alignment with statutory regulations.
• Review and finalize sales plans, marketing layouts, and ensure they are in line with approved designs.
• Ensure accurate and timely preparation, checking, and release of Good For Construction (GFC) drawings to the site team.

Documentation & Approvals:

• Handle RERA documentation, ensuring timely submission and compliance.
• Coordinate and prepare all necessary liasoning documentation for statutory approvals.
• Manage environmental clearance documentation and liaison with relevant authorities for EC approvals.

Site Execution & Coordination:

• Coordinate with project, construction, and procurement teams to ensure smooth execution of architectural elements on-site.
• Assist in finalization and execution of sample flats and interior design concepts in line with the projects vision.
• Finalize specifications and finishes in consultation with internal stakeholders and consultants.

Project Tracking & Reporting:

• Maintain records of released drawings and track upcoming drawing requirements in coordination with project schedules.
• Act as a bridge between various departments including Sales, Execution, Procurement, and Legal for effective coordination.
• Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on design status and key deliverables.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture from a recognized institute.
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in architectural design and coordination in the real estate sector.
• Strong understanding of local bye-laws, development control regulations, RERA compliance, and EC processes.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills with multidisciplinary teams.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project tracking tools.
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced project environment.
