Key Responsibilities

Work for a modern and business driven enterprise architecture across Scania and the brands within Traton group - Develop enterprise architecture strategies and targets that align with business objectives - Collaborate with stakeholders to execute business strategies - Provide guidance and leadership to key strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with architectural targets

1. The person should have knowledge within and be able to engage in discussions across all areas of the Enterprise Architecture (EA) stack business, data, applications, and technology. Deep knowledge within each area specified below is found within each team. The person we are looking for should be able to put the pieces together and have discussions with experts within each area without necessarily being the expert himself/herself. Furthermore, the person should have understanding and practical experience of Enterprise Architecture industry standard frameworks and concepts such as capability mapping, business modeling and gap analysis.

2. The person will work on a strategic level and interact with teams and management both within business and IT. We are looking for a senior individual who can hold strategic discussions with senior business as well as technical stakeholders and independently drive initiatives • Candidate should have broad career experience, having worked across various technologies and domains. • Must possess a strong grasp of architectural fundamentals rather than being tied to a specific tech stack.

• Key behavioral traits: proactiveness, ownership, and leadership.

• Should be well-versed in EA methodologies and practices. Requirements ? Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect. ? Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels ? Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and envision long-term solutions ? Familiarity with emerging technologies and industry trends ?
