Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Architect / Interior Designer at our Mumbai office. The Senior Architect / Interior Designer will be responsible for leading design projects from concept to completion, developing detailed architectural and interior design plans, coordinating with clients and stakeholders, managing project timelines and budgets, and ensuring that all designs meet the highest standards of quality and functionality. The role also involves collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to create innovative design solutions and conducting site visits to monitor progress and make adjustments as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in architectural design and interior design
• Experience in project management, including timeline and budget management
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Excellent communication and client coordination skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
• Experience in conducting site visits and making adjustments based on project progress
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field
• Relevant experience in luxury residential and commercial projects is a plus
