Role Summary: This is a role focused on architectural / interior design, design development, and design coordination Our projects are premier residential apartments, based in Central Chennai, with office based in Mylapore We are looking for someone with experience in residential construction, having design, detailing and coordination skills Responsibilities: Lead conceptualization and development of floor plans, elevations, and construction drawings (for architectural design) Lead interior design concepts, drawings, and estimates (for interior design) Co-ordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, clients, vendors, visualizers as necessary Ensure adherence to drawings, standards, schedules, and budgets, and provide technical guidance and support Research and deepen knowledge of processes, material, resources, and trends in the industry Desired Profile: Architect with relevant experience in residential construction Refined design sense, along with strong technical skills, eye for detail, and desire to deliver high quality output Coordination, communication and problem solving skills
