Senior Architect

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Project Leadership:

• Lead and manage architectural projects from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with client requirements and company standards.
• Oversee the preparation of detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and documentation.

• Team Management:

• Supervise and mentor junior architects and design teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Conduct regular design reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

• Client & Consultant Coordination:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and contractors, ensuring effective communication and project coordination.
• Attend meetings to discuss project progress, address concerns, and implement necessary adjustments.

• Design Innovation:

• Develop innovative and sustainable design solutions that align with the company's vision and client expectations.
• Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate best practices into design processes.

• Quality Assurance:

• Ensure all architectural designs comply with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor construction progress and quality, addressing any discrepancies promptly.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other architectural design software.
