Senior Architect

As a Senior Architect at our well-established 27-year-old architectural firm in Delhi, specializing in commercial, institutional, industrial, and hotel projects, you will play a crucial role in leading the design development and execution of various projects. Your responsibilities will include preparing architectural drawings and technical documentation, coordinating with clients, consultants, and project teams, ensuring compliance with building codes, regulations, and sustainability standards, as well as conducting site visits and overseeing project progress. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelors/Masters degree in Architecture (Licensed Architect preferred) and have 3-5 years of experience in commercial & institutional architecture. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design tools is essential. A good understanding of materials, construction techniques, and detailing will be beneficial. Strong communication and project management skills are also required to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders and ensure successful project delivery.
