To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelors/Masters degree in Architecture (Licensed Architect preferred) and have 3-5 years of experience in commercial & institutional architecture. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design tools is essential. A good understanding of materials, construction techniques, and detailing will be beneficial.
