Real Estate background required
Design Architect profile (not the liaison architect)
Develop and present architectural designs, concepts, and presentations to clients and stakeholders.
Translate client requirements and vision into creative and practical design solutions.
Produce detailed architectural drawings, models, and specifications using CAD, BIM, and other design tools.
Collaborate with structural, mechanical, and electrical engineers to ensure design feasibility and integration.
