Job Summary

Ridhira Group is seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Architectural Drafter to support its architecture and project execution teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing comprehensive architectural drawings, working plans, and technical documentation, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with project requirements.

Role & responsibilities

• Prepare 2D architectural plans, elevations, sections, and construction details from design concepts and sketches.
• Translate architectural concepts into accurate, detailed drawings using AutoCAD and related software.
• Work closely with architects, engineers, interior designers, and project managers to ensure drawing accuracy and coordination.

• Update and revise drawings as per design changes or consultant inputs.
• Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, NBC norms, and local development authority guidelines.
• Assist in preparing GFC (Good For Construction) drawings and municipal submission sets.
• Maintain organized drawing files, document control systems, and digital archives.
• Conduct site visits, measurements, and drafting updates based on on-ground inputs.

Preferred candidate profile

• Proficiency in AutoCAD is a must; working knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, or Photoshop is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of construction detailing, architectural standards, and materials.
• Understanding of building codes, local authority submission procedures, and development control regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and services drawings.
• Meticulous attention to detail with excellent drafting speed and accuracy.
• Effective time management, task prioritization, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Education:

  Diploma or Degree in

  Architecture, Architectural Drafting, or Civil Engineering

  from reputed institutes. (Candidates from top colleges like

  IIT Kharagpur, School of Planning & Architecture (SPA), CEPT University, NITs, JNTU

  , etc. will be given preference.)

• Experience:

  27 years of relevant experience in

  drafting, GFC/working drawings, and execution drawings

  , preferably within

  real estate, hospitality, or luxury projects

  .

• Domain Exposure:

  Prior work on

  villa developments, resorts, hotels, or wellness/retreat projects

  will be an added advantage.
• 2-7 years of relevant experience, preferably in real estate or hospitality project drafting.
• Exposure to villa, resort, or wellness project layouts will be an added advantage.
