Job Summary:

Senior Architect

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with various consultants (Architecture, Structure, MEP, Landscape, Interior) to ensure timely delivery of drawings and details.
• Review presentations, detailed working drawings and other documentation required for project approval and execution.
• Liaise with government bodies and local authorities to ensure that the designs comply with necessary statutory requirements of various regulatory authorities and government bodies.
• Coordinate with the site team to ensure that the execution aligns with the consultants design intent and also complies with all necessary statutory requirements.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to approved designs and quality standards.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to provide design inputs for project brochures, walkthroughs, and miniature models.
• Keep abreast of new trends, materials, and technologies in architecture and apply them to ongoing projects when relevant.
• Manage and mentor a team of junior architects

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
• 10 years of professional experience, with exposure to

  real estate development projects

  or experience as a part of

  design consultant team working for real estate clients

  .
• Proficiency in architectural design tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Good understanding of building codes, development regulations, and local construction practices.
• Strong communication, presentation, and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.

Essential experience:

• Prior experience working with real estate developers or architectural consulting firms catering to real estate clients.

Prior experience on large scale residential projects (high rise / non-high rise / villas) is essential.
